Affiliate Agreement

Welcome to the Silk.sg Affiliate Program! By participating in this program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up and becoming an affiliate.

Enrollment and Eligibility

1.1. To be eligible for the Silk.sg Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2. Silk.sg reserves the right to accept or reject any application for the affiliate program without providing any reason.

Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1. As an affiliate, you will promote Silk.sg products and services using the unique referral links provided to you.

2.2. You are solely responsible for any promotional activities and materials used to promote Silk.sg. These activities must be ethical, legal, and comply with the guidelines set forth by Silk.sg.

2.3. You must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or spammy practices to gain referrals.

2.4. The company retains the right to seek compensation for any damages, incorrect order processing, misrepresentation, or similar actions carried out by the affiliate.

Commission

3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission for every valid purchase made through their unique referral links.

3.2. The sales commission rate is 4% of the sale price, exclusive of any service or shipment fees.

The logistics commission rate stands at 2% of the sale price, excluding any service or shipment fees. Logistic assignments are subject to the company’s discretion and may change without prior notice.

The service commission rate is 2% of the sale price, exclusive of any service or shipment fees. Service assignments are determined by the company and are subject to change without prior notice.

The management commission rate is 1% of the sale price, excluding any service or shipment fees. Management assignments are determined by the company and may change without prior notice.

3.3. Commissions will be disbursed exclusively for sales that have been verified, delivered, completed, and received a positive rating.

3.4. Commissions will be clawed back for any sales that are refunded.

Cookie Duration

4.1. The Silk.sg affiliate program uses browser cookies to track referrals.

4.2. The default cookie duration is set to 30 days. It means that a commission will be awarded for purchases made within 30 days after the first click on the referral link.

Payouts

5.1. Commissions will be paid in accordance with the payout schedule specified in the affiliate agreement or documentation provided by Silk.sg.

5.2. Payouts will be made via the payment method chosen during the affiliate registration process.

5.3. Silk.sg reserves the right to withhold commissions if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or violation of the terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

6.1. Silk.sg retains all rights to its brand, logos, trademarks, and any other intellectual property associated with its products and services.

6.2. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Silk.sg’s promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program.

Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate partnership at any time for any reason with written notice.

7.2. Silk.sg reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program if they violate the terms and conditions or engage in any harmful activities.

Modification

8.1. Silk.sg reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the affiliate program and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

8.2. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to affiliates through their registered email addresses or the affiliate portal.

By signing up for the Silk.sg Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not participate in the program.
