Customized Service

Silk.sg offers customized services, including bespoke furniture, shipping, and more. For any customized service requests, please discuss your specific needs with our sales representative before placing your order to ensure proper planning and accurate pricing. Random orders placed without prior discussion and agreement will be cancelled. The following progressive payment breakdown is a guide and may vary based on specific cases.

Customized Furniture Progressive Payment (percentage % of the total price for the entire customized furniture, excluding shipping and installation):

1. 3D Floorplan Design (15% of total price)
📐 Includes up to 2 adjustments.
📸 The client provides photos and measurements. Please discuss with sales rep for advise (ie. factor switches, skirting, etc)
⚠️ Silk.sg is not liable for measurement inaccuracies. Additional changes cost an extra 15%.

2. 3D Furniture Rendering (25% of total price)
🎨 Up to 2 adjustments allowed.
📄 The client provides specifications; our designer can assist, but the final decision is the client’s.
💵 Additional changes require an extra 25% payment.

3. Manufacturing (50% of total price)
🏭 No changes allowed once service starts, unless errors exceed 2% dimension difference.
📏 Fabrication photos and measurements will be provided.
💵 Any additional changes require a 50% additional payment.

4. Packaging for Shipment (20% of total price)
🚚 The remaining 20% balance is required before shipment.
📦 Photos of packaging/crate will be provided.
💸 Shipment fees must be paid separately.

Important Notes:

💰 Payments are non-refundable once services begin.
💰 Progressive payments are non-refundable if the client decides not to proceed with the next step.
❗️ Extra payments for changes cannot be offset against the total price.
🚛 Delivery and installation fees are not included.
🛠️ Clients are responsible for hiring contractors or opting for DIY installations. Silk.sg is not liable for any installation errors or damages.
