Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects that render the primary function of the product inoperative. The default warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.

Yes, we offer customization on certain products. Please note that customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

As an online platform, we provide detailed product descriptions and images. You can request review photos or videos from our sales representative or inspect the product at our warehouse before placing an order.

We offer delivery/installation services for some products. However, these services do not include moving or fixing additional items, lift padding, accessing restricted areas, non-lift levels, or handling oversized items. For those requiring flawless products or additional services, self-collection and DIY installation are recommended.
