Shipping Rates & Timelines
All orders ship from our supplier network in China direct to your destination. There is no local Singapore warehouse β every item begins its journey in China and is routed to you by sea or air.
All rates and timings below are good-faith estimates with a safety buffer already built in β we round up on both cost and days so you are not surprised. Your final quote is confirmed before payment.
All timings are in working days (MonβFri, excluding public holidays in origin and destination). All prices in SGD unless stated otherwise.

For beds, wardrobes, loft beds and other oversized items we charge per item by size tier, not by weight β volumetric weight dominates for bulky goods. Rates below cover sea freight from China to destination.

π Rules & regulations
Prohibited β we never ship
- Safety hazards: explosives, fireworks, compressed gas, flammable liquids (perfumes, nail polish, lighter fluid).
- Illegal items: drugs, psychotropic substances, counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods.
- Politically sensitive: materials involving state secrets or banned content in origin or destination country.
Restricted β requires special handling
- π Batteries: pure batteries (power banks) are high-risk. Built-in batteries (laptops, phones) need an MSDS and a dangerous-goods shipping lane.
- π Cosmetics: creams and powders OK; liquids require a liquid-rated line.
- π½οΈ Food: highly regulated. SG requires SFA permits for most categories; USA / EU typically require FDA or equivalent health certification.
- ποΈ Oversized furniture: sea freight with wooden-crate fumigation certificate.
Regional compliance (2026)
- Singapore β GST: 9% GST applies to all imported goods, including those under S$400, when shipped under our OVR-registered or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.
- EU / UK β VAT: the β¬22 low-value exemption was removed in 2021. VAT is collected at checkout via IOSS, or by the customer on arrival if non-IOSS.
- USA β De Minimis: goods under US$800 are currently duty-free under Section 321. There is ongoing 2026 legislative pressure to lower this threshold for e-commerce β watch this space.

All rates and delivery timings on this page are good-faith estimates under normal operating conditions. They are not a guarantee and may change due to events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Force majeure β war, civil unrest, strikes, port closures, pandemics, natural disasters (typhoon, earthquake, flood, fire), fuel price shocks.
- Regulatory changes β new or revised customs duties, GST / VAT / tariff updates, import or export restrictions, product-compliance rules (SFA, FDA, CE, safety recalls) in origin or destination country.
- Carrier disruptions β airline or shipping-line cancellations, vessel delays, customs holds, dangerous-goods re-classification, last-mile courier outages.
- Address-specific factors β remote postal codes, walk-up floors, restricted-access buildings or delivery windows.
Our commitment to you
- We contact you before any change. If shipping cost or timing changes significantly after your order is placed, we reach out first with your options β accept the change, switch to a slower or cheaper mode, or cancel. Nothing extra is charged without your confirmation.
- Full refund if we cannot ship. If your order genuinely cannot be delivered to your address for any of the reasons above, we refund your payment in full, including any shipping already paid.
- Honest timing. Ranges, not promises. We bake a customs buffer into the estimates on this page. We will not quote you a date we do not believe we can meet.
π Additional policies
Price lock on paid orders
Product prices are reviewed quarterly. Orders that have been paid are locked at the paid price β even if the catalogue price rises before the goods ship.
Lost-parcel SLA
If your tracking shows the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the carrier. Reports filed after 48 hours may not qualify for replacement or refund as the carrier’s own dispute window will have closed.
