Description

滑行基本要领

第一部分

在自己开始训练之前，找一个有栏杆的地方或者一面墙壁，并沿着墙壁或者栏杆滑行至少10分钟，这有助于滑行者找到一种感觉，就是了解如何转动自由滑板车并使滑板车受自己控制。

第二部分

步骤1：

确认你的姿势是右脚在前（goofy姿势）还是左脚在前（regular姿势）。将自由滑板车倾斜置于地，远离你，后脚置于踏板上，稍向外指，脚心踩在踏板中心。

步骤2：

前脚使用同样的方法，压低踏板使滑板车平稳，因此，在站立不动时也可保持平衡。

步骤3：

将重心压在后脚上滑出。然后将重心快速移向前脚，同时踩起后踏板至平稳。内点脚和外点脚两者交替滑行，从而获得冲力。脚图和上身运动见下。

步骤4：

在滑出之前，保持手臂张开，保持平衡。（见步骤3）

步骤5：

保持手臂伸展开，扭动上身向外，脚尖也转向外。

步骤6：

保持手臂伸直，扭动上身，因此，双脚尖内点，导向臂和身体也向内走。

第三部分

下体和上身大特写1：

上身：保持手臂张开的状态来维持平衡。（见步骤3）

下体和上身大特写2：

上身：保持手臂伸直，扭动上身，因此，双脚尖内点，导向臂和身体也向内走。

下体和上身大特写2：

上身：脚尖转向内，扭动上身向外。当熟练时，就不需要保持手臂张开来推动向前。
